Great Northern Peninsula, NFLD. This painting is inspired by a photo I took on a recent expedition to Newfoundland…..I almost called it Iceberg, Straight Ahead or Stop the Car (We were driving to Lance au Meadows and this vista appeared around a corner) Stay where Ya To is a phrase we heard on the radio that a search and rescue team gave a person in distress- we were saying a tourist probably wouldn’t know what that meant but us east coasters do and had a good laugh about it)
